Our Work
Guides and experiences crafted for retirees discovering Ireland's Atlantic coastline
Inch Beach Strolls Guide
Created detailed walking routes across Inch Beach's 4-mile stretch in County Kerry. We mapped three routes for different mobility levels—from gentle 30-minute shoreline walks to more adventurous 90-minute explorations. Included seasonal wildlife spotting guides and local history notes about this historic filming location.
Rosses Point Evening Walking Programme
Developed a structured evening walking programme around Rosses Point combining 45-minute coastal walks with guided reflection practices. The programme runs 5 evenings per week during summer months, accommodating 12–15 participants per session. We integrated local stories about Yeats and the Sligo landscape with simple mindfulness practices suited to active retirees.
Lahinch Coastal Meditation Experiences
Designed a series of guided meditation and contemplative practices at Lahinch Shore tailored for retirees seeking wellness connection with nature. We identified five distinct meditation spots along the shore, each with unique acoustic and visual qualities. The 8-week pilot programme attracted 28 participants, with 89% reporting improved sense of calm and wellbeing after sessions.
Connecting With the Atlantic: Wellness Benefits for Retirees
Produced a comprehensive guide exploring how regular coastal walks and ocean connection contribute to physical and mental wellbeing in retirement years. The content draws on interviews with 15 local retirees, research on blue space benefits, and practical advice for building sustainable coastal walking habits. Published across multiple formats including downloadable guides and video tutorials.
